Oppad Account Deletion
In accordance with Google Play policies, users of Oppad have the right to request the deletion of their account and associated data.
How to request deletion:

Click the button below to draft a request from your registered email.

Include your username/email used for Oppad.

Our support team will verify and process your request within 48-72 hours.
Data Retention & Deletion Policy:
Deleted Data:
Your account profile (email, password hash), user ID, and private message history will be permanently erased from our Supabase database.
Kept Data:
Public bus sightings or reports may be de-identified and retained for community historical accuracy but will no longer be linked to your identity.
Retention:
Once processed, data is immediately removed from active servers. Residual data in encrypted backups may persist for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
