Delete Your Account
To permanently delete your **Oppad** account and all associated personal identifiers, please follow these steps within the app:
Go to your Profile page.
Select Delete Account at the bottom.
Type DELETE to confirm.
Data Retention & Deletion Policy
Permanently Erased Data: Your core profile metrics (email address, password hashes), account identifiers, unique user IDs, reliability scores, and favorite routes will be instantly and irreversibly scrubbed from our Supabase database. Any precise GPS coordinates tied directly to your user metadata will be permanently detached.
Anonymized Data Retention: Public minibus taxi and bus transit sightings or route reports logged to the global community feed will be completely de-identified (anonymized) to preserve historical accuracy for commuters, but will never be linked back to your identity or past account metadata.
Backup Lifecycle: Once processed, records are immediately scrubbed from live databases. Residual encrypted structural fragments in platform server backups may persist for up to 30 days before being completely overwritten.
Note:
This action is completely irreversible. Once confirmed, you will lose access to your profile validation stats and custom configurations immediately.
Alternative Deletion Method
If you no longer have the app installed and wish to request data deletion, please email us at ozunuoden@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Our support team will verify, process, and completely scrub your account metadata within 48 to 72 hours.
